I’m much more of a orange kind of guy when it comes to pre- or intra-workout drinks but I know flavoring can often be hit and miss. I have to say the flavor is pretty decent; it can be hard to find the right balance of flavors without a product becoming too sour or chemical-tasting, but I think Driven Sports has hit the nail on the head with this one so taste definitely isn’t an issue.
Frenzy pre workout is typically available in tubs of 40 single-scoop servings. Either way, one tub of Frenzy is easily enough to last you a full month of training which I like because, click resources for me at least, it makes budgeting for supplements much easier!
The best way to use this product is to take one or two scoops with 8 oz. of water roughly 15-30 minutes before you train.
Higher doses would be more suitable to days where you are training larger muscle groups such as legs and back.
Please note that each scoop of Frenzy pre workout contains around 80mg of caffeine so if you are particularly sensitive to stimulants you should start at the low end of the dosing spectrum to test your tolerance before gradually upping your intake.

- Personally, I think that a good pre-workout supplement doesn’t need caffeine and it should be up to the user to decide if they want a cup of coffee pre-workout
- The caffeine content may also make this product unsuitable for those of you who train at night
- I think the addition of either EAA, BCAA, or L-Leucine would make Frenzy a more comprehensive product
